My name is Vincent Ferooz, I'm from Namur and I've been passionate about photography for 20 years. In 2011, I decided to go professional following a contract with the Citadelle of Namur. Since then, I've been travelling all over Belgium, as well as France, the Netherlands and Spain, shooting everything from landscapes and architecture to portraits and tourist photos.

As far as I'm concerned, photography can be seen as therapy. But more than that, it's a real process.
I'm particularly fond of landscape photography, but this kind of shot can't be improvised. You need to know where you're going, what conditions need to be met to get the optimum shot, and what obligations or prohibitions need to be respected.
So it's a long process of preparation for the shots, followed of course by a long passage through the various software programs, enabling me to develop the style of photography I appreciate above all else.
This process obviously applies to all types of photography, especially portraiture, where light plays a vital role. When it comes to artificial light, it's up to me to position it with millimetre precision, at the risk of destroying a session.
